Your Questions, Our Answers
We understand that you may have several questions before booking your next motorcycle tour with us. That’s why we’ve summarized the most important points for you here. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Where is the meeting point for the tour?
The exact meeting point for each tour is specified in your booking confirmation and in the roadbook. In most cases, we start from a central and easily accessible location.
Can I arrive with a trailer?
Yes, in most cases arriving with a trailer is possible. Please inform us when making your booking so we can arrange suitable parking options at the tour’s starting point.
What does “minimum number of participants” mean?
To ensure the high quality and economic viability of our tours, a minimum number of participants is required. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour or offer alternative options. You will be informed in advance.
What does “double room” mean?
You share this room with another person. If the double room is not fully occupied, you have the option to use it as a single room for an additional fee, or you may cancel your trip.
When do we refuel?
It’s best to start each day’s tour with a full tank. We schedule regular fuel stops—approximately every 150 to 200 km—to ensure no one runs out of fuel along the way. The exact intervals depend on the route and available gas stations and are noted in the roadbook.
How big is the group?
The group size varies depending on the tour but usually ranges between 4 and 6 motorcycles. This ensures a dynamic riding experience while still allowing for personal guidance and support from our tour guide.
What if the group doesn’t match my expectations?
We always strive to put together harmonious groups. However, if you feel that the group dynamics do not meet your expectations, please speak with your guide. We will always do our best to find a solution that benefits all participants.
How fast do we ride?
Our riding pace is adapted to the group and the road conditions. We aim for a safe, enjoyable speed that allows everyone to feel comfortable. Your guide sets the tempo so that the group stays together and every participant can enjoy the tour without stress.
A safe riding style in serpentine roads is required.

Why do we ask for an emergency contact?

It’s a simple safety measure to protect you and all participants.
Which travel documents are required?
For entering Croatia, EU citizens need a valid ID card or passport.
Non‑EU citizens may be subject to additional visa requirements.
Please ensure that all your documents are valid.**
Additionally, a Green Card (international motor insurance certificate) is required for Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It is also essential to carry your driver’s license and vehicle documents at all times.
What should be considered?
We leave the EU on several of our tours, for example when traveling to Bosnia or Montenegro.
In these countries, EU mobile contracts do not include free roaming.**
Therefore, it is recommended to switch off your mobile phone or to purchase a prepaid SIM card for the respective country.
We are happy to advise you on suitable options.
Which rules must be followed during the tour?
